Spring Strength and Conditioning Program

Our Spring 2025 Strength and Conditioning Program is designed to build the foundation you need to hit the ground running this summer. Over the course of 12 sessions, held twice a week from April to May, athletes will focus on developing strength, speed, and endurance to prepare for more intense training in our summer program. This 6-week program will give you a competitive edge, setting you a step ahead of the competition as you build a solid foundation for long-term performance gains. Goals

  1. Build a Strong Foundation – Develop the strength, speed, and endurance necessary to excel in more advanced training.

A total of 12 strength and conditioning sessions, twice a week, designed to build a solid athletic foundation.

2 Assessments (Start and End)

Performance evaluations at the beginning and end of the program to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
